1. Booking and Reservations

By making a reservation at Hope Acres Glampground, you agree to these terms and conditions:

• All reservations are subject to availability
• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking
• The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old
• Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at the time of booking
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings
• All rates are in US dollars and include applicable taxes
• Additional charges may apply for extra guests or amenities

3. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus a $25 processing fee
• 14-29 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund
• No-shows forfeit the entire reservation amount
• We strongly recommend travel insurance

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out may be available for an additional fee
• Photo ID required at check-in

5. Guest Responsibilities

As our guest, you agree to:

• Treat the accommodation and property with respect
• Follow all posted rules and regulations
• Be responsible for any damage caused during your stay
• Supervise children at all times
• Respect quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Properly dispose of all trash and recycling

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking inside any accommodation
• Illegal substances or activities
• Unauthorized campfires
• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
• Bringing pets without prior approval
• Exceeding maximum occupancy

7. Safety and Liability

• Guests participate in all activities at their own risk
• Hope Acres Glampground is not responsible for lost or stolen items
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children
• Emergency procedures are posted in each accommodation

8. Weather and Acts of Nature

Hope Acres Glampground is not responsible for weather conditions or acts of nature. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather, including but not limited to rain, wind, snow, or temperature.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Modifications to Terms

Hope Acres Glampground reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your reservation.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Duchesne County, Utah.
